This disclaimer statement governs and limits NobiPlay's legal liability for the information, content, and services provided through the Platform, covering the nobiplay.id website, Android and iOS mobile applications, Smart TV applications, and all related sub-domains and services.

This Disclaimer forms an integral part of NobiPlay's Terms and Conditions and must be understood in the context of our legal documents as a whole. In the event of a conflict between this Disclaimer and the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

2.1 Information Provided "As Is". All information available on the NobiPlay Platform — including content descriptions, film and series metadata, reviews, ratings, release schedules, and technical information — is provided on an "as is" (as-is) basis, without any warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

2.2 Potential Errors. Although we strive to ensure the accuracy of information, NobiPlay does not warrant that this platform is free of errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Information may change without prior notice, including but not limited to:

• Technical details and service specifications.
• Prices, packages, and subscription terms.
• Availability and scheduling of content.
• Information about content creators, actors, directors, or other third parties.
• Search results and content recommendations.

2.3 Not Professional Advice. No information on the NobiPlay Platform is intended to be, or should be construed as, legal, financial, medical, investment, or other professional advice. For important decisions, always consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.

3.1 Entertainment Purposes Only. All audiovisual content available on NobiPlay — including films, series, documentaries, podcasts, variety shows, and other content — is provided for entertainment and educational purposes. The views, opinions, stories, and information expressed in such content belong to the content creators and do not necessarily reflect the views or position of NobiPlay.

3.2 Fictional Content. Fictional content on the Platform is a work of imagination. Any resemblance to real events, places, or persons — whether living or deceased — is purely coincidental, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the content creator.

3.3 Documentary and News Content. For content that is documentary or journalistic in nature, NobiPlay acts solely as a content distributor. The factual accuracy, research, and perspectives presented are the exclusive responsibility of the relevant content creator.

4.1 Licensed Content. Most of the content on NobiPlay is produced by third parties — film studios, production houses, record labels, and independent content creators — and distributed by NobiPlay under licensing agreements. NobiPlay acts as a distributor, not a producer, for such content.

4.2 Limits of Liability for Third-Party Content. NobiPlay is not liable for:

5.3 User Responsibility. You are fully responsible for your decision to access external links and for any consequences arising from your use of such third-party sites or services. NobiPlay expressly disclaims all liability for any loss or damage caused by, or connected with, the use of content, goods, or services available through third-party sites or services.

6.1 Sponsored Content. NobiPlay may display advertisements, sponsored content, or promotional material from our advertisers and business partners. Such content will be clearly marked with the label "Advertisement", "Sponsor", or "Promotional Content" in accordance with applicable regulations.

6.2 Advertising Disclaimer. The appearance of an advertisement on the NobiPlay Platform does not mean that NobiPlay endorses, recommends, or guarantees any product, service, or statement made in that advertisement. NobiPlay is not liable for:

• The accuracy of claims made by advertisers.
• The quality or safety of advertised products and services.
• Transactions you enter into with an advertiser on the basis of a displayed advertisement.

6.3 NobiPlay Offers and Promotions. Although we strive to ensure the accuracy of the promotional offers we publish, NobiPlay reserves the right to change, cancel, or end a promotion at any time. Prices, discounts, and terms stated in promotional materials apply at the time of publication and may change without notice.

7.1 Service Not Guaranteed Uninterrupted. NobiPlay does not guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time without disruption, delay, or error. The service may from time to time be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical disruptions, force majeure, or other causes beyond our control.

7.2 Content Availability. The availability of particular content on the Platform may change from time to time due to licensing reasons, regional broadcast rights, or business decisions. NobiPlay does not guarantee that content available today will remain available in the future.

7.3 Geographic Access. Some content on NobiPlay is restricted by geographic region in accordance with licensing terms. Using a VPN or similar technology to access content that is restricted in your region violates our Terms and Conditions.

8.1 Content Rating System. NobiPlay applies a content rating system based on the guidelines of Indonesia's Film Censorship Board (Lembaga Sensor Film / LSF) and international standards. Each piece of content is marked with an appropriate age category to help users make informed decisions:

8.2 Parental Responsibility. Although NobiPlay provides parental control features (Kids Mode, PIN, rating restrictions), the primary responsibility for supervising the content watched by children remains with the parent or guardian. NobiPlay cannot guarantee that all available content has undergone manual review prior to being made available.

9.1 Copyright Ownership. All content displayed on the NobiPlay Platform is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Such rights are owned by NobiPlay or by third parties who have licensed them to NobiPlay. Any use beyond what is expressly permitted in our Terms and Conditions constitutes copyright infringement.

9.2 Trademarks. The name "NobiPlay", the NobiPlay logo, and related product or service names are registered trademarks or service marks owned by PT Indotech Digital Group. These trademarks may not be used without our prior written permission, including in third-party marketing materials, advertisements, or promotions.

9.3 DMCA/Copyright Infringement. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing:

• Identification of the work whose copyright has allegedly been infringed.
• Identification of the content on the Platform that is alleged to be infringing.
• Your contact information.
• A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
