In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context indicates otherwise, the following terms have the following meanings:

• "NobiPlay" or "We" refers to PT Nobiplay Indonesia, the company that provides digital video streaming services.
• "Service" refers to the NobiPlay digital video streaming platform, including websites, mobile applications, smart TV applications, and all available features.
• "User" or "You" refers to an individual or entity that uses the NobiPlay Service.
• "Content" refers to all audio-visual materials, including movies, TV series, documentaries, anime, and other content available on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a personal account created by the User to access the Service.
• "Subscription" refers to a paid service package that provides access to premium Content.
• "Device" refers to all devices that can be used to access the Service, including smartphones, tablets, computers, smart TVs, and gaming consoles.

By accessing or using the NobiPlay Service, you declare that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• You are at least 18 years old or have valid parental/guardian consent.
• You have full legal capacity to bind yourself in this agreement.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

NobiPlay reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately after being published on our platform.

Disagreement

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions or their changes, you must immediately stop using the Service and delete your account.

Service Description

NobiPlay provides digital video streaming services that allow Users to:

• Watch movies, TV series, documentaries, anime, and other video content
• Access content through various supported devices
• Download certain content for offline viewing (on certain packages)
• Create multiple user profiles in one account
• Get personalized recommendations based on viewing preferences

Service Availability

The Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but NobiPlay does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or repairs that may affect Service availability.

Streaming Quality

Streaming quality depends on:

• Internet Speed: Minimum 5 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K
• Device: Hardware and software capabilities
• Subscription Package: The tier you choose
• Network Traffic: Network conditions at a given time

Regional Content

Content availability may differ based on your geographic location due to licensing restrictions and local laws. NobiPlay strives to provide relevant content catalogs for each region.

Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account by providing accurate and complete information
• Verify your email address
• Choose a strong and unique password
• Keep your login credentials confidential

Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Maintaining the security of your password and login information
• Immediately reporting unauthorized use of your account
• Updating account information to keep it accurate

Account Restrictions

Each individual is only allowed to have one active account. Creating multiple accounts with the same identity will result in suspension or deletion of accounts.

Account Sharing

Accounts can be used by family members living at the same address. Sharing accounts outside the household or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Account Suspension and Deletion

NobiPlay reserves the right to suspend or delete your account if:

• There is a violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected
• Prolonged payment arrears
• Request for account deletion from yourself

Subscription Packages

NobiPlay offers various subscription packages:

• Basic (Rp 49,000/month): 1 device, HD quality, no download
• Standard (Rp 79,000/month): 2 devices, Full HD, limited download
• Premium (Rp 109,000/month): 4 devices, 4K Ultra HD, unlimited download
• Family (Rp 149,000/month): 6 devices, 4K UHD, kids profiles, parental control

Billing and Payment

Applicable payment terms:

• Advance Payment: All packages are paid at the beginning of the billing period
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless cancelled
• Payment Methods: Credit/debit card, e-wallet, bank transfer, minimarket
• Currency: All prices in Rupiah (IDR)

Trial Period

New users get a free 7-day trial for the Premium package. After the trial ends, you will be billed according to the selected package unless cancelled before it ends.

Price Changes

NobiPlay reserves the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice before the change takes effect. Existing users will continue to receive the old price until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund and Cancellation

NobiPlay refund policy:

• Trial Period: No charges if cancelled within 7 days
• Prorated Refund: Not available for monthly packages
• Technical Issues: Full refund if disruption from our system
• Voluntary Cancellation: Access continues until the end of the billing period

Permitted Use

You are permitted to use the Service for:

• Personal and non-commercial viewing of available content
• Downloading content for offline viewing according to package limitations
• Creating user profiles for family members at the same address
• Sharing access with immediate family household members

Prohibited Use

You are PROHIBITED from:

• Copying, distributing, or publishing NobiPlay content
• Recording, capturing, or re-streaming content for third parties
• Using VPN or proxy to access content from other regions
• Reverse engineering NobiPlay applications or systems
• Account sharing outside the household or for commercial purposes
• Automated access using bots, crawlers, or scripts
• Using content for public screening or commercial viewing

Monitoring and Enforcement

NobiPlay uses advanced technology to monitor Service usage, including:

• DRM (Digital Rights Management): Protecting content from piracy
• Geo-blocking: Restricting access based on geographic location
• Usage Analytics: Monitoring abnormal usage patterns
• Content Protection: Preventing screen recording and capture

Violation Consequences

Violations of usage terms may result in:

• Warning: Warning for minor violations
• Access Restriction: Temporary suspension of certain features
• Account Suspension: Access temporarily suspended
• Permanent Deletion: Account deleted without refund
• Legal Action: For serious violations or piracy

Content Ownership

All content on the NobiPlay platform, including but not limited to:

• Movies, TV series, documentaries, and video content
• Audio, music, and sound effects
• Subtitles, text, and metadata
• Artwork, posters, and promotional materials
• Application software and user interface

Is owned by NobiPlay or licensors and protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws.

Usage License

NobiPlay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to:

• Access and watch content for personal use
• Download certain content for offline viewing (according to package)
• Use the NobiPlay application on supported devices

License Restrictions

This license DOES NOT grant the right to:

• Sell, rent, or distribute content
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Display content for public screening
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter copyright notices

DMCA and Copyright Infringement

NobiPlay respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your content is being used without permission, contact our legal team at legal@nobiplay.com.

User Generated Content

For content you upload (such as profile pictures or reviews), you grant NobiPlay a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display such content in the operation of the Service.

Data Collection

NobiPlay collects personal data to provide and improve the Service, including:

• Account Information: Name, email, password, date of birth
• Payment Data: Billing information and payment method
• Usage Data: Viewing history, preferences, watch time
• Technical Data: IP address, device info, browser details

Disclaimer

• Non-infringement of third-party rights

Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NobiPlay is not liable for:

• Indirect Losses: Lost profits, data loss, business interruption
• Force Majeure: Natural disasters, war, pandemic, government actions
• Third Party Actions: Cyber attacks, ISP issues, device malfunctions
• Content Issues: Errors, omissions, or offensive content
• User Actions: Misuse of service, violation of terms

NobiPlay's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NobiPlay from any claims, losses, or demands arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Illegal use of the Service
• Violation of third-party rights
• Content you upload or transmit

Insurance and Backup

We recommend that you:

• Have a backup internet connection for stable streaming
• Use device protection such as antivirus and firewall
• Periodically save important data from your account

NobiPlay is not responsible for data loss or device damage caused by use of the Service.

Termination by User

You can cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. After cancellation:

• Access to premium content will end at the end of the current billing period
• Your account will remain active for access to free content
• Account data and viewing history will be stored for 12 months
• You can permanently delete your account at any time

Termination by NobiPlay

NobiPlay reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• There is a legal violation or request from competent authorities
• Your account usage is suspicious or potentially harmful to our system
• You do not make subscription payments within the specified time
• You request voluntary account deletion

In case of termination by NobiPlay, you will be notified via email and your account will be deleted within 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the competent court in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit, the parties agree to try to resolve disputes through:

• Negotiation: Direct discussion between the parties
• Mediation: With the assistance of a neutral mediator
• Arbitration: In accordance with BANI (Indonesian National Arbitration Board) rules

Complaint Process

To file a complaint or dispute:

• Contact our customer service first
• Provide complete details about the problem faced
• Wait for a response within 7 business days
• If not satisfied, proceed to formal mediation

Change Procedure

NobiPlay reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified through:

• Email to the address registered in your account
• Notification in the NobiPlay application
• Announcement on the official NobiPlay website

Changes will take effect 30 days after notification, unless otherwise stated.

User Rights

If you do not agree with changes to the Terms and Conditions, you can:

• Cancel subscription before changes take effect
• Close your account if you do not agree with the new terms

By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you are deemed to have agreed to the updated Terms and Conditions.
