Synopsis
It's not water and it's not safe. Research indicates that youth with fairly strong protective factors (athletics and academic prowess) are particularly susceptible to vaping and thus, nicotine addiction and pulmonary dangers. “VAPE” is an education campaign about the use of E-cigarettes, especially in the youth community, so youth and parents understand the spectrum of health issues and dangers associated with these products.
